Eligibility for listing within the Native Hawaiian Business Directory will be determined by any of the following:

• any part of the business is owned by a native Hawaiian;
• for non-profit organizations: majority owned, controlled or governed by native Hawaiians;
• non-Hawaiian whose spouse, and/or family, are native Hawaiians.

Verification may be required.
